Overview:
Laura achieved her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Biomedical Science, majoring in genetics and immunology. Her exposure to many research areas throughout her studies has given her inspiration and passion to understand the area of protein crystallography to characterise the molecular structure of disease-relevant proteins.

In 2017, she achieved first-class honours within the Rossjohn Laboratory. She is highly skilled in protein purification, X-ray crystallography and performing T cell functional assays. Laura aspires to progress further in her career in academia, working in collaboration with industry partners and forming international connections to further her knowledge in medical research.
