Have you ever wondered what goes on in our bodies when our immune system is challenged? Have a closer look at the immune system at Day of Immunology Photography exhibition – “Snapshots of the Immune System”.

The science of Immunology is all about finding out how our immune system works, and this is important for helping us to understand and treat disease. To celebrate our incredible immune system, the International Day of Immunology, held annually on April 29, aims to engage the public about immunology and biomedical research. As part of this year’s event we will be hosting a scientific photography exhibition with images contributed by immunology scientists from around Australia and New Zealand.

In this unique event where art and science meet, come and seewhat your immune system looks like under the microscope!

This event is free and open to all ages.

The complete schedule of the exhibition after the launch night is as follows:

Friday 7th April: 10am-4pm
Saturday 8th April: 10am-4pm
Sunday 9th April: 10am-2pm
