Targeting G protein-coupled receptors in immunometabolic conditions (PhD)

Supervisor’s name:

Prof. David Fairlie

Overview:
Amanda has spent the last four years investigating G protein-coupled receptors in various immunometabolic disease pathologies. With interest in in-vivo imaging, her research has focused on identifying links between metabolic dysregulation and immune conditions.

Amanda’s laboratory expertise includes running pharmacological animal models, flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry staining, enzyme immunoassays and immunoblotting.
